Google Webmaster Tips for getting help with your Site

While doing so much Effort to make my site ranks first in google, you might get some problems like Crawl Errors where the search engine cannot access your content because of the robots.txt file, you may also get indexing problem and as well as the problem with your site ranks in google search result pages (SERP's).

You do not have to worry about these issues related to your site ranks in google or anything else, because Google has its own Webmaster Forums and other automatic tools to help the site owners about the problem with their Websites and Blogs.

Google is eveready to help you at any moment and at any time if you are seeking a help to solve the issues which stated above (i.e issues related to webmasters).

You can ask questions related to your site's indexing issues or about your site crawl errors or the issues about a site ranks in the Google Webmaster Forum. Then you will get a help from so many Webmaster's Experts or even from Google Webmaster Employees to solve your problem or issues related with your Site.

So, If you are going to post a question in Google Webmaster forum then you should be very careful about the Forum's Guidelines, rules etc. Here, I am listing 8 tips to get your questions answered very clearly by the Webmaster experts in the Google Webmaster Forums.

8 Tips to get help for your Site :

i. If you are about to ask a question in the Webmaster Forum, then ask publicly. So that, many people will get benefitted by the answer given to your question.

ii. Read FAQ's and help articles in the Forum before you are going to post your question.

iii. Avoid Vague questions like "Why was my Site ranks first in google is decreased?” , if you give the more details about your errors or any other site related issues then someone will give more relevant and personalized answers. Be stick on your topic.

iv.Make your questions relevant to others who need help like you. As it mentioned earlier, everyone will get an answer at a time if you make your question relevant to others.

v. If you found any bug then be more specific and let the Webmaster's know about your problem. For example, you can have a screenshot about the error to track down it very sooner. The more you specific about your question, then more you will be getting better solutions.

vi. If you are having a question related to Analytics,iGoogle then go and ask it in Analytics, iGoogle Forum rather than asking in Webmaster forum. Always try following Stay on a particular topic.

vii. Stay calm after asking your question in the forums. You will get replies from the forum , do not lose your patience.

viii. Listen to the answers given by the webmaster and try to understand, because ther will not be any conclusive answers in a SEO part. When you are in doubt, then feel free to ask question about the source, how they learned etc..

Work flow of Search Engines

I have posted the general information of Search Engines in my last post and now I ll show you how the Search Engine works.

Working of Search Engines is categorized by three process.

They are,

i. Crawling,
ii. Indexing,
iii.Processing.

Crawling:

Crawling is the initial process of Search Engine in which it looks for the new information such as newly hosted website or blogs and URL's(Uniform Resource Locator) throughout the web or in internet.This process is done by crawlers or spiders.
Search Engine will navigate throgh all the newly created websites or blogs which it founds in its crawl's

process and the data will get automatically updated in its databases.

Indexing:

The second process of Search Engines is to index all the newly absorbed websites or blogs which it has found in its initial process. After that, the new absorbed data is stored in the Search Engine databases for later retrieval process.

This process is used to speed up the search results when the user types the query in Search Engines.

Processing:

       Processing is the final step of Search Engine in which it retrieves the result as webpages from its database that is relevant to the user queries.
       The results for the particular keyword or query will be shown as webpages which is having more popularity and greater page ranks.

Search Engines :

Search Engines is a website which helps the user to find his/her appropriate needs in an online space based on his/her entered input as a query to the Search Engine.
Search Engine will show the results related to the query or keywords entered by the user and it will also predicts the relevant keywords while getting the input from the user.
Search Engines will save lot of time.For example if a web user wants to know about latest news around the world, then he can easily find the sites which is related to the world news within a few seconds through Search Engines.

Google is having more market share when compared to other Search Engines (i.e Yahoo, Bing..). It experiences the new technologies such as Google Instant Search  and gives the relevant results to the user within a few seconds.

So, optimizing your site or blog will help your site to rank first in Google then you will get more traffic through it and also from other search Engines.
